They did an initial walk through of my old place assessed everything and then quickly went to work. They had to deal with my new place on the third floor and navigated it no problem! Throughout the process they were mindful of everything and carefully loaded and unloaded my furniture and belongings. They were also mindful of where I wanted furniture placed, and belongings.
